+ Hypnosis results will vary from person to person. No individual result should be seen as typical. I cannot and do not guarantee that you will attain a particular result. Results are dependant on you the client.
+ Vibrant Hue Hypnosis and Chris Allen do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or psychological disorder.
+ If I am currently in therapy or under the care of a mental/medical health professional for the issue(s) I am seeking help for, I will have consulted with that professional regarding the advisability of my working with Vibrant Hue Hypnosis and Chris Allen. Additionally, I will need to provide a referral from my medical or mental health professional and will inform Chris Allen about it. For example, if you are seeking hypnotherapy for pain managment and have a doctor you are seeing for that same pain, I will need a signed referral from your doctor. This just simply is advising your doctor that you wish to receive hypnotherapy services from Vibrant Hue Hypnosis.
+ Assumption of Risk. There are sometimes unknown individual risks and circumstances that could arise during use of your programs and services that cannot be foreseen that can influence or reduce results. I am not responsible for your personal choices or actions for yourself or anyone that you are affiliated with, or responsible for, during or after use of your program and services. You understand that any mention of any suggestion or recommendation on or through program or Services is to be taken at your own risk, with no liability on my part. You accept full responsibility for any consequences related to your program or non-use, of any information provided through your program and services, through any means whatsoever, for yourself and/or anyone that you are affiliated with or responsible for as it is not to be relied upon as medical advice. Your use, or non-use, of this information for yourself and/or any one that you are affiliated with or responsible for is at your own risk, and you absolve me of any liability or loss that you, or anyone that you are affiliated with or responsible for, your family or child(ren), or any other person, may incur from your or their use or non-use of the information provided.
+ All sessions will be recorded for the safety of the client and the hypnotherapist. The recordings will be stored securely and will only be utilized for learning purposes, to consult with other professionals in the field or if requested by the Washington State of Behavioral Health or subpoenaed by a court of jurisdiction.
+ If you are more than thirty minutes late you will be charged the full price of the session. Failure to call and reschedule within 24 hours may result in a $25.00 rescheduling fee.
